Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

Oravia offers a 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days, subject to the following conditions:

- The product must be unused and in its original packaging, where applicable

- For hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened oral care products may not be eligible for return, unless faulty or not as described

- Proof of purchase is required

This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will provide a refund, replacement, or other appropriate remedy as required by law.
